Howard County Lane Closure Expected Monday, Tuesday Along I-70 Over Patapsco River
A lane and a shoulder along eastbound I-70 will be closed Monday and Tuesday for repairs to a bridge expansion joint.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A single lane and a shoulder of eastbound I-70 will be closed Monday and Tuesday in the overnight to repair a bridge expansion joint on the bridge over the Patapsco River at the Baltimore County - Howard County line.
The repairs should take two nights, weather permitting.
A single lane and shoulder will be closed between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. both nights into the following morning. Drivers are encouraged to use US 40 (Baltimore-National Pike) as an overnight alternate route.
