Latino Health Fair Oct. 15 In HoCo Offers Free Vaccines, Health Screenings And More

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A free Latino Health Fair Oct. 15 will offer free flu vaccines; cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure screenings; educational material on diabetes, nutrition and physical activity; educational material on dental and oral health for children; and refreshments, raffles and opportunities to talk with community health professionals, medical providers and wellness organizations.

The fair will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Wilde Lake Interfaith Center, 10431 Twin Rivers Rd., Columbia.
