The Mall In Columbia Reopens Saturday
The mall will have different hours, capacity limits and new safety guidelines.
COLUMBIA, MD — The Mall in Columbia will be reopening Saturday. Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan's latest guidelines state that malls could open up again this weekend. However, The Mall in Columbia will have different hours, capacity limits and new safety guidelines.
The new hours of operation for Monday through Saturday will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Numerous eateries and stores have been open during the pandemic for curbside pickup. However, individual businesses will decide for themselves as to whether or not they open this weekend. The stores that are open will appear on the mall’s website.
The mall can operate only at 50 percent capacity and individual restaurants and stores within the mall must maintain a 50 percent capacity threshold, too.
