Man Exposes Himself To Woman On Trail
A woman walking on the trail near Spiral Cut in Columbia reported encountering a man who exposed himself shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday.
COLUMBIA, MD — A female using the trail near the 8800 block of Spiral Cut late Tuesday morning reported a man exposing himself to her.
The incident happened shortly before 11 a.m. She called the police who arrived, found the suspect and arrested him, according to the police department.
Howard County Police has charged Triston Richards, 29, of Columbia with two counts of indecent exposure, a police report stated.

Richards posted a $1,500 unsecured personal bond and will go to trial July 7 at Howard District Court, according to online court records.
