Man Fatally Shot Outside Home In Columbia Sunday: Police

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A man was fatally shot Sunday afternoon outside a home located in the 9600 block of Basket Ring Road. Howard County police officers were called to the home at approximately 2:37 p.m.
