Man Dies After Harpers Farm Road Shooting: Police
A man was killed in a shooting in Columbia, police said.

COLUMBIA, MD (Updated 10:40 a.m.) - A man died after a shooting in Columbia Sunday night, and authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
Meiko Anthony Locksley, 25, of Grand Banks Road in Columbia, was pronounced deceased overnight at the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, police said.
He was taken there after 10:20 p.m., when police said that officers responded to the 5500 block of Harpers Farm Road for a report of a man who had been shot.

Several people said they heard one gunshot in the neighborhood; a resident found the victim outside and dialed 911, police said.
Locksley was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where authorities said he was pronounced deceased.

A motive and suspect have not been identified, police said Monday morning.
