A witness reported that before authorities arrived, a man had emerged from a residence and shown that he had a gun, police said. Officers later executed a search warrant at the residence and recovered a pellet gun that was made to look like a handgun, police said.

When officers served the warrant, two people were inside the residence, one of whom was arrested on an open warrant that was unrelated, involving an assault in a neighboring jurisdiction, police said.
