On Wednesday morning, the Independent Investigations Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General identified 20-year-old Anthony Bowers Jr. of Baltimore as the person who died.

The pursuit lasted about a mile, according to police, when the Infiniti driver ran off the road and crashed into a retaining wall. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were taken to Shock Trauma, where they were listed in stable condition as of Monday, according to police.
