Planet Fitness Opens First Facility In Howard County

COLUMBIA, MD — The first Planet Fitness to open in Howard County is slated to open its doors this spring. The 16,776-square-foot facility will open in Dobbin Center at 6475-101 H East Dobbin Rd., Columbia. The fitness club will be the 41st Planet Fitness in Maryland and will begin offering memberships online starting Jan. 27.
The Columbia fitness club is part of the "judgement free zone" and will offer members HydroMassage beds, massage chairs, tanning beds, cardio machines, strength equipment and total body enhancement, a red and infrared light therapy treatment.
