Police Ask for Help Identifying Columbia Bank Robbery Suspect

Howard County police are asking for assistance identifying the man who robbed a Bank of America in Columbia earlier this month.
On Wednesday, May 20, authorities released two photos of the suspect.

Police said that at 12:53 p.m. on May 8, he went into the bank in the 8600 block of Guilford Road and passed a note to a teller demanding cash, implying he had a weapon.
There were other clients in the bank at the time, and nobody was injured, according to police.

The teller provided money, and the suspect left, police said.
The suspect is described as 6’1” to 6’2” tall, weighing 190-200 pounds, with a beard and mustache. Police said he was wearing an Oakland Raiders hat, black frame glasses, camo shirt and jeans.
