Police Identify Driver Killed in Snowden River Parkway Crash
Speed may have contributed to crash into tree, according to Howard County Police Department.
A 21-year-old was killed when his vehicle hit a tree off Snowden River Parkway Wednesday morning, the Howard County Police Department reported.
Emmanuel Guillossou, of Bethesda, was pronounced dead at the scene in the 9300 block of Snowden River Parkway, where police responded at 7:24 a.m., according to the report.
Guillossou’s 2013 Scion FR-S had traveled from the northbound side of Snowden River Parkway into a tree, the report said. He was the only person in the vehicle, the report stated.

According to preliminary investigation, police said that “speed likely contributed to the collision.”
Snowden River Parkway was closed to northbound traffic for approximately four hours as police investigated, officials said.
