Project Along Old Columbia Road Should Wrap Up By Mid-April
A project repairing a sewer service pipe along Little Patuxent River should be completed by mid-April and shouldn't affect traffic.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A project to repair a sewer service pipe along the Little Patuxent River in the vicinity of 10005 Old Columbia Road in Columbia just south of eastbound MD 32 has started and, weather permitting, should be completed by mid-April.
The existing sewer pipe will be stabilized utilizing rock and stone, and the river will be restored to its natural channel to protect the pipe.
While the project is not expected to impact the flow of traffic, signs will be posted along the Columbia Association path to alert people about the project.
