Purrfect Rescue Of Kitten Behind Car Dashboard By Firefighters
Howard County firefighters from Station 6's B shift saved a kitten who had crawled behind the dashboard of a car on his way to his new home.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD ā They're accustomed to battling blazes and extricating people from vehicles, but Wednesday's rescue mission was a first for Howard County Fire and Rescue. The department shared on Twitter that firefighters were summoned to help rescue a kitten - but it wasn't stuck in a tree.
No, this silly kitty called Kevin managed to crawl behind a vehicle's dashboard on the way home with his new family and got stuck, the department shared. The firefighters considered it an "interesting rescue." It took approximately an hour to free the kitten.
"No damage to the car or 'Kevin' the kitten," the fire department tweeted.
