Science, Food Combine At New Columbia Restaurant
The eatery's patio happens to be open for outdoor dining in addition to indoor seating. Carry-out and delivery options are available, too.
COLUMBIA, MD — Foodies and science fans have fallen in love with a new restaurant in Columbia called The Periodic Table Restaurant and Bar that opened Aug. 1. The restaurant located at 8808 Centre Park Drive and has an intriguing menu featuring such dishes as Nashville hot chicken sandwich, Korean barbecue brisket, a roasted cauliflower steak with blistered tomatoes and gnocchi.
The cocktail menu also has scientific drink names such as Thermal Cooldown and Mendeleev's Mule. The bar offers a draft list and bottled beer in addition to the cocktails, spirits and wines. There's an IPA called Fizzy Bizness Sparkling Brut IPA and the Old Oriole Park Bohemian. The eatery's patio happens to be open for outdoor dining in addition to indoor seating. Carry-out and delivery options are available, too. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
