Shooter Sought After Man Killed At Apartment Complex: Howard County Police

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Police are searching for the suspect they say shot a man in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 10400 block of Hickory Ridge Road of Columbia at about 8:17 p.m. Friday.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Howard County Police Department.

No suspect information is available and the investigation is ongoing, officials noted. The victim has been identified as Rakki Miguel Jones-Onyejiaka, 36, of Hickory Ridge Road.
