Silver Alert Update: Man Found in Howard County
After a man went missing Sunday from Ellicott City, police had issued a silver alert.

UPDATE (8:10 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8)—Christian Gonzalez, 74, was found safe in Ellicott City Monday evening, the Howard County Police Department reported.
(Previous report)—The Howard County Police Department has issued a silver alert for a 74-year-old man who left an assisted living facility in Ellicott City Sunday and didn’t return home.
Christian Gonzalez was last seen by a staff member at the facility at approximately 8 a.m. on Sunday, police said.

He drove away from his residence in the 8400 block of Ivy Drive in a gold Toyota Corolla with Maryland tag GLF452, police said.
After he didn’t return home later in the day, staff at the facility reported Gonzalez missing.

Gonzalez is described as 6’ tall and 185 pounds. When last seen, he was wearing gray dress pants; an olive green jacket over white t-shirt and dark gray dress shirt; and brown shoes, according to police.
Police said the man needs medication, and authorities are concerned about his well being.
