Spirit Halloween Store Locations In Howard County For 2019

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Move over pumpkin spice everything, because the best part of fall — dressing the kids up for Halloween — just got easier, because the Spirit Halloween stores are opening across state and in Howard County for the 2019 season. The popular costume purveyor also sells hundreds of accessories and super creepy decorations for Halloween.

The Spirit chain is opening a store in Howard County and the Columbia location has begun operations:
