Students' Artwork To Be Featured At Youth Art Month Exhibit
Howard County Public Schools students will have their artwork featured at a salon-style exhibit starting next week.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD ā A salon-style exhibit featuring hundreds of works by students from Howard County Public Schools will be on display starting next week.
The Howard County Arts Council announced the new exhibit opening Feb. 25 and running through March 24 called Youth Art Month ā Seriously Funny: Humor in Art.
It's the Arts Councilās annual Youth Art Month exhibit in partnership with the HCPSS. This salon-style exhibit features hundreds of works by HCPSS students in grades kindergarten through 12th grades from public school art classes throughout the county.

The exhibit will be on view at the Arts Councilās new home in the Capitoline Center at 8360 Court Ave. There will be a reception March 11 with a snow date of March 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 4 p.m.
