Teen Shot In Columbia Home: Police
A 16-year-old male was shot in a Columbia home while with acquaintances. Police are investigating the incident.
COLUMBIA, MD — A 16-year-old male was injured in a shooting late Saturday, Aug. 24, in the Owen Brown community of Columbia. He was discovered by police suffering from a single gunshot wound at 11:01 p.m. in a home located on Sweet Clover.
According to a police report, the victim was in the home with known acquaintances when the incident occurred. Police are investigating to determine if foul play was involved. The teen was transported to a hospital and listed in stable condition.
