Top 100 Elementary Schools In Maryland: Niche.com's 2017 List

Using a combination of surveys and U.S. Department of Education data, Niche.com ranked the best public elementary schools in the country and across the state.

Niche.com, a website that uses data science to provide information on the best neighborhoods and schools, releases the list annually.

In its 2017 list of best public elementary schools, both Montgomery and Howard counties had strong showings. In fact, the only other school district to crack the top 60 was Frederick County (No. 56).

So which public elementary schools are tops? According to Niche.com, Carl Sandburg Learning Center in Rockville is the best elementary school in the state, followed by Clemens Crossing Elementary School in Columbia and Northfield Elementary School in Ellicott City. See the top 100 below.
