Residents Displaced In Columbia Townhouse Blaze: Howard County Fire Department
A fire broke out at a townhouse in Columbia, which has displaced the home's residents, according to the Howard County Fire Department.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Wednesday afternoon, Howard County firefighters responded to a call for a house fire in the 5700 block of Flagflower Place in Columbia.
Firefighters arrived around 2:15 p.m. and found smoke and flames shooting through the roof of a townhouse. Firefighters were able to reign in the fire in about 20 minutes, according to the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services. No injuries were reported but the Red Cross was called in for help with the displaced residents.
The cause of the fire is being investigation by the State Office of the Fire Marshal.
