Vaccination Card Or Negative COVID Test Required At Merriweather
All guests attending events at Merriweather Post Pavilion must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test.
COLUMBIA, MD ā Effective Sunday, all patrons attending events at Merriweather Post Pavilion must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test taken within the past 72 hours, along with a matching photo ID. This policy applies to those sitting inside the pavilion and those sitting outside on the lawn.
While the entertainment venue isn't requiring masks, it states on its website masks are "appreciated."
Food and beverage concession stands will be cashless and accept only credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Guests with fevers or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home. All patrons are encouraged to use mobile ticketing.

As in the past, all bags must be no larger than 13x15 inches and will be searched. Any items not allowed must be placed in a vehicle. No backpacks will be allowed.
Other guidelines for attending events at Merriweather Post Pavilion include:
⢠Mobile tickets will only be accepted on a mobile phone. Printed QR codes will not be allowed entry to the venue.
⢠Schedule is subject to change without notice.
⢠For most performances, gates open 90 minutes prior to showtime.
⢠No re-entry
⢠No bottles, cans, coolers or baskets.
⢠Only one empty or factory-sealed water bottle allowed per customer.
⢠No outside beverages.
⢠Personal food items in a clear, disposable, non-glass container are permitted. (1 per guest)
⢠No professional cameras (with a removable lens) or recording devices.
⢠Alcohol, grills and glass containers are not permitted in the parking areas.
⢠No laser pointers, weapons or selfie sticks.
⢠Howard County law prohibits smoking in public places. No smoking is allowed. Also, the use of vapes or electronic cigarettes is prohibited.
⢠No lightable tobacco products allowed inside gates.
⢠Shoes must be worn.
⢠No pets.
⢠Everyone needs a ticket in the pavilion.
⢠Children under 2 are free on the lawn for most shows.
⢠All performances are rain or shine.
⢠Lawn chairs are permitted at most shows; however, there are times when only lawn chairs with no legs (stadium seats) are allowed.
⢠Small blankets are allowed on most shows to occupy personal space.
