Vantage House Donates Food to Grassroots
Retirement community residents share meals with people in shelter programs
Vantage House retirement community recently donated $500 to Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center. The contribution was the result of a campaign by over 50 residents of the Downtown Columbia community who are sharing 100 meals a month with people served by Grassroots. Vantage House Dining Staff members have been working with the donors in their weekly support to the crisis intervention center and shelter for the homeless. Among those at the check presentation were (from l.)
