Vantage Point Chef Demonstrates No-Cooking Healthy Meals July 9

Summer Delights Chef Demo includes food samples and DIY recipes for home cooks

Want to make the most of local farmers markets and the bountiful fruits and vegetables? Meet Chef Marcia Bardarik on Tuesday, July 9, from 10 a.m.-noon., at the Summer Delights Chef Demo. The Residences at Vantage Point chef will be showcasing the best of the season at the retirement community in Downtown Columbia.

Chef Bardarik will teach attendees how to make fresh, healthy meals in minutes without using an oven or stove. Participants will sample Chef Bardarik’s creations, and she will share her recipes so they can be replicated in the home kitchen.

There is no cost to attend Summer Delights Chef Demo, but registration is required. Seating is limited. Complimentary valet parking is available. Call 410-846-2930, or register at VantagePointResidences.org/events.

Residences at Vantage Point was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit serving people age 60 and above. Managed by Life Care Services, the community includes a variety of residential living arrangements and provides long-term health services exclusively for residents should they need them.

Residences at Vantage Point is noted for its arts, cultural and educational activities, as well as for resident engagement with the larger community of Columbia. It is located at 5400 Vantage Point Road.
