Wanted Man Arrested By Howard County Police
Howard County Police located a man wanted on three outstanding warrants. They believed he was in Columbia.
COLUMBIA, MD — Howard County police officers located Joseph Fletcher, 37, who was wanted on multiple warrants. The police asked for the public's help Aug. 14, but took him into custody Aug. 15.
According to the police, Fletcher had outstanding warrants for burglary, assault and a protective order. Police were offering a reward of up to $500 for information about Fletcher.
