WEATHER ALERT: Hour-by-Hour Drop to Wind Chill at 4 Below
Columbia, bundle up! There's a wind chill advisory in the forecast.

There is a wind chill advisory in effect for the entire Baltimore-Washington region from 10 p.m. Wednesday to 8 a.m. Thursday, according to the National Weather Service.
The wind chill is expected to make the temperature feel like 0 degrees to 10 degrees below zero in some parts of the region.

In Columbia, the National Weather Service says wind gusts are expected to reach 35 mph and temps could feel like 4 below freezing.
“This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken,” according to the National Weather Service. “If you must venture outdoors, make sure you wear a hat and gloves.”
