COLUMBIA, MD — Between egg hunts and family gatherings, you may want to let someone else do the cooking at one of the many fine dining establishments in Columbia. These restaurants have you covered, offering Easter brunches and dinners on Sunday, April 1.
The Alehouse Columbia: Brunch will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and features stuffed strawberry french toast, a Monte Cristo sandwich and prime rib roast, among other specials. There will also be bottomless and build-your-own bloody Mary, mimosa and bellini bars.

Clyde's of Columbia: Dishes include Chesapeake eggs Benedict, mixed berry French toast, cream of crab soup, burgers, tuna carpaccio and more. Check out the special menu for Easter brunch.
DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia: Bottomless mimosas and Cookie the Easter Bunny will be available for the three seating times: 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., 1-2:30 p.m. and 2:30-4 p.m. Visit the chef's carving station with spiral sugar ham and herb-roasted turkey as well as an omelet station, fajita station and dessert/pastry table. The buffet will have lobster bisque; hummus with water pita and vegetable crudité; strawberry cream cheese-stuffed French toast; fried chicken and jalapeno waffles with sriracha syrup; crab cake and eggs Benedict; broiled citrus salmon with grilled asparagus and sun-dried tomato relish; sage stuffing; mashed potatoes; and seasonal vegetables. Lupa: Brunch and Easter specials will run from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Special dishes include grilled lamb steak with artichokes, potatoes and rosemary oil; fettuccine with rabbit ragu and fava beans; Roman-style pizza with zucchini, roasted tomato, gunciale, poached eggs and pecorino Romano; frittata with fava beans, cippolini onion, mint, roasted mushrooms and escarole salad.
