Window Nation To Move Into 50K Square Foot Space In Fulton
Window Nation will move into a 50,698-square-foot space in Fulton. Founded by brothers, the company has replaced 1M windows since 2006.
FULTON, MD — Family-owned Window Nation, which specializes in window, door and siding replacement, has signed a 50,698-square-foot lease at 8110 Maple Lawn Blvd. in Fulton.
The new site is a LEED Gold certified four-story, 104,412-square-foot Class A office building. Founded by brothers Aaron and Harley Magden, Window Nation has replaced more than one million windows since its inception in 2006 and has a presence in 19 states.
“The strategic positioning of Maple Lawn between Baltimore and Washington, D.C., combined with the wide range of walkable amenities will help Window Nation recruit top talent to fuel their continued growth,” Matt Lenihan, senior vice president of leasing for St. John Properties, which owns the three-story property, told the Commercial Observer.
