Woman In Cardiac Arrest Outside Fire Station Meets Howard County Heroes Who Saved Her
A woman who had a seizure and went into cardiac arrest outside a fire station recently met the emergency workers who saved her life.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — When emergency workers at Station 2 in Ellicott City heard the doorbell to their station frantically ringing back in May, they hustled to the door to see what was afoot.
They found a man begging for their help. His wife was in their car parked outside the station. The man said she had just had a seizure.
When crew members walked outside, they found the woman in cardiac arrest. Firefighters immediately administered CPR and were able to revive her. They found her pulse and took her to the hospital.

Recently, the patient and her family met the crews from Engine 22, Tower 2, Paramedic 25 and Battalion Chief 2 who saved her life and thanked them in person.
