Cheap (and Quick) Pizza has arrived!
Little Caesar's opens a quick and frugal site in Crofton.

Pizza was a favorite food group of mine as a child (like just about every kid around!). Back in my 90's childhood - the three pizza giants included Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Little Caesar's. I don't remember when the latter disappeared from the picture, but I am always surprised when I come across one.
Well, they appear to be working really hard at a comeback as more locations are popping up, including one I noticed signs for in Crofton on 424 about a month ago. Instead of competing with the delivery giants, the company has come back with low-prices and food that is hot and ready at your arrival without having to phone in an order. You can walk in or drive through and get a hot cheese or peperoni pizza for $5. Other favorites like wings and crazy bread are available as well as meal deals.
The restaurant officialy opened its doors today - in front of the shopping center, staff members hold signs and dance while the staff indoors works out all the quirks of opening a new store. I chose to drive through and received excellent service from a staff member who was trying to work out some bugs in the system. Everyone was friendly and service was just as quick as any other drive-thru. The food? I've had better and I've had worse. For $5, it's convenient if you're in a rush or low on cash.
