Are you a busy Mom? Do you find it hard to take a minute to yourself? Let alone try and get a workout in? Always running the kids to and from activities? Well Moms, I have found the answer....Kettlebells! You are probably wondering, what is a kettlebell?
A ‘kettlebell’ is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle. I will not bore you with all the history details, but the Russian Special Forces personnel owe much of their strength, lethal agility, and never-quitting stamina to kettlebells. The official Soviet armed forces strength training manual pronounced kettlebell drills to be “one of the most effective means of strength development” representing “a new era in the development of human strength-potential.” Pretty amazing, right? You're thinking ok..so what!
Well, training with kettlebells will give you amazing fat burning and strength results in just half the time. I figured that out immediately since picking them up almost 4 years ago. It was clear to me when implemented properly and with correct form in a balanced way, that you can seriously get a killer workout in the most efficient way. I was first introduced to Kettlebells when I was out in San Diego. I had the pleasure of training with some Navy Seals that showed me how to swing the kettlbell. Wooo....can you say intense workout! Since then I have never looked back. I am forever grateful for being introduced to this amazing piece of equipment becasue it has allowed me to not only take my fitness to the next level but that of my clients. I have women in there 20's all the way to there 60's swinging kettlebells and new clients asking specifically for me to train them with kettlebells. All fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Anyone can learn to swing a kettlebell.
The best part is that for busy Moms you can do 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there...while the baby is napping, the kids are doing there homework...or even have your children cheer you along through your workout. Nothing like setting a good example for your kids and before you know it they will be swinging with you...heck you can even swing your kid...lol with caution please.

So busy Moms you can make time to squeeze in those workouts...it just has to be the right workout and at the intensity needed to reach your specific goals....kettlebells is the answer!!
Don't take my word for it, read the article, or start to swing them for yourself. I do recommend that you get proper instruction on the correct form with these exercises as you do not want to injure yourself.
