5 min fast paced run (run the field back and forth several times)

20 alternating lunges, each leg
20 vertical jumps

1 min high knee run in place
1 min jumping jacks
1 min mountain climbers
40 squats
12 switch lunges, each leg
20 tricep dips, find a bench or step
15 step-ups, each leg
50 crunches
20 pushups
Repeat 2-3 times
5 min walk for cool down
I personally love workout outside this time of year. The cool breeze and sunshine feel amazing not to mention breathing in the crisp fresh air.
