Community Shredding Event July 18 At Crofton Chamber Of Commerce

CROFTON, MD — The Greater Crofton Chamber of Commerce will host a July 18 community shred event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. or until the truck fills up. To help orchestrate a primarily contactless event due to the coronavirus, organizers ask that participants place their items to be shredded in the trunk of their vehicles.

Community members can bring up to four boxes of paper to be securely shredded at no cost. If more than four boxes are brought, there will be a $10 charge per additional box. Boxes must be no larger than a file box size of 15 x 12 x 10 inches. Donations and sponsorships are being accepted for the event, which is made free for the community through such financial support. The chamber is located at 2126 Espey Ct., Suite A.
