Crofton Residents Sound Off on Snowplowing

CROFTON, MD—As of 8 a.m. Sunday the blizzard warning for Maryland has been lifted. Over the weekend, Winter Storm Jonas brought over two feet of snow to towns across Anne Arundel County.
No travel ban was issued for Crofton throughout the storm, but Governor Larry Hogan is still urging residents to stay off the roads while crews get to work.
We asked Patch readers in Crofton how they felt about the plowing done on their block. Here’s what they said:

- “lol- NO plowing on our block yet (one of the many Parkway sidestreets)”
- “Zero plowing in the E’s off the parkway!”
- “Walden Tiers has been plowed nicely. Did it at 9 pm last night but still happy with it.”
- “Yes altho I think it was a resident...”
- “Haven’t seen a plow yet on Farlow Ave.”
- “Not a plow in site at Nantucket Mews....snow is above the car hoods”
