Crofton Students Receive Dean's List Honors

William Reiber, a senior psychology major, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. Students make the dean's list if they complete at least 12 semester hours and earn a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 for the semester.

Kristina Catherine Frost, majoring in accounting, made the dean's list for the spring semester at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. The dean's list honors those students who maintain a GPA of 3.7 or higher.

Melanie Moon was named to the dean's list at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, for the spring semester. Students who earn dean's list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Moon is majoring in political science. 

Emily Hagerty, daughter of John and Teri Hagerty of Crofton, was named to the dean's list for the spring semester at St. Michael's College. Hagerty is a first-year sociology and anthropology major at the college located in Burlington, VT. Students must complete a minimum of 12 credits and achieve a GPA of at least 3.4 to make the dean's list. Hagerty graduated from South River High School in Edgewater.

McDaniel College in Westminster, MD, recently announced its spring dean's list. High honors indicate a GPA of 3.70-3.89, and honors for a 3.50-3.69 GPA. The following students from Crofton were recognized:

• Hope E. Battista received high honors
• William G. Neutzling received honors

Washington College in Chestertown, MD, announced its dean's list for the spring semester. The following Crofton students are recognized for their academic excellence and achieved a GPA of 3.4 or higher for the semester.

• Jeremy Quintin, junior, English and philosophy double major
• Kim-Vi Sweetman, junior, biology major
