Book Discussion: "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian"

Anne Arundel County Public Library and The Maryland Center for the Book, a program of The Maryland Humanities Council, invite people ages 16 and older to attend this multi-library discussion of The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian. This semi-autobiographical novel by Sherman Alexie looks at the challenges and triumphs of growing up as a teen on the Spokane Indian Reservation. Discussions are also being held at the Annapolis Area Library and Mountain Road Branch Library. Visit http://www.aacpl.net for dates and times.

Please note: Due to mature language and situations presented in the novel, it is recommended that children under 16 not attend; parents and teens are encouraged to attend together.
