Celebrate National Trails Day

CELEBRATE NATIONAL TRAILS DAY
> Saturday, Jun 4 10:00am-2:00pm
> Spend time hiking the lanes through the Dairy Farm and the natural surface trails of Hammond's Connection. Trails for different hiking abilities and ages will be marked. Be prepared to walk in fields and forest edges; wear sturdy hiking shoes and long pants. WATER might be needed while on the trails.
> Bikes will be allowed on the farm lanes. Some trails are stroller and wheelchair friendly. You can also take a hay ride to enjoy the farm.

> Hammond’s Connection will be open for visitors to reconnect with the land through a variety of activities. Natural surface footpaths meander through the site. Families can enjoy the Kid’s Crafts and everyone is welcome on the hay ride. Information about the future plans for Hammond’s Connection will be available. Check the web site for additional programs planned for the year.
