Annapolis's Independence Day parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. on West Street at Amos Garrett Boulevard, going up to and around Church Circle, then out Main Street and ending at City Dock/Susan Campbell Park, where the Naval Academy Band will play from 8-9 p.m. Fireworks will start at approximately 9:15 at City Dock.
