Former local reluctant chef and widely-followed food blogger Amy Kehs took one year to cook through Jamie Oliver's "Food Revolution" cookbook. To celebrate the completion of that year on March 5, she will join Chef Pope to share 3 favorite recipes from her experience. Menu items include: Sweet Potato Chroizo Soup, Salmon en Croute, Shrimp & Avacado with an old school Marie Rose Sauce. This class is $50 per person for two hours of hands-on instruction and dining.
