The public is invited and encouraged to attend Anne Arundel County Council meetings. The agenda is held open until the meeting is called to order. Anyone wishing to speak on legislation may sign up beginning at 6:00 p.m. A reasonable amount of time will be given to the public to address the Council on pertinent matters, but individuals should limit their remarks to three minutes or less.
