The Anne Arundel County Health Department is offering free season flu vaccinations to County residents at three walk-in clinics starting this month. No appointment is required; donations are welcome. Both injectable and nasal-spray vaccines will be available. The nasal spray vaccine is for healthy people between the ages of 2 and 49, but not for pregnant women.
