Arundel Volunteer Fire Department welcomes children ages 5-12 for a Halloween costume contest and BINGO on October 30. Lunch will be served; games begin at 1 p.m. All children must have a parent sign them in and out at the end of the event; children under 8 must have a parent with them during BINGO.
