Finding our way back to Fitness, Healthy Habits and Weight loss

Life... well let’s just say that it sometimes gets in the way of some of our goals and the focus to keep ourselves feeling self confident and healthy. How many times have you thought, I should join a gym, or I am going to start that diet next week but nothing ever happens? Believe me I get it. I am a mom of 3, I work part time and that “life” I was talking about always seems to get in the way. A few years ago I quit the gym because it was not in our financial interest to be paying the amount of money a gym membership costs. After my third child was born I swore to myself I would get into the best shape of my life! Now my goal is to help others looking to find their way back to fitness.
