The CCA Board will vote on the FY 2015 budget for the Crofton Special Community Benefit District (CSCBD) on November 13 at 7 p.m. at Crofton Town Hall. The fiscal year is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. The public is welcome to attend the Wednesday night meeting.
Crofton Town Manager Larry Schweinsburg reports to the Crier that the proposed budget includes an increase of less than 1 percent. Schweinsburg also states that the proposed budget includes a 3 percent salary increase for Crofton employees in the special district The employees last received a 1 percent increase in the FY 2014 budget, according to Town Manager Schweinsburg.
