Gun Held to Cabbie's Head By Robber: Police
A cab driver was robbed at gunpoint Friday night in Crofton, police say.

A taxi driver had a gun held to his head when he arrived at the customer’s destination in Crofton Friday night, police said.
The cabbie told Anne Arundel County Police he picked up the suspect just after 6 p.m. on Davidsonville Road and drove him to the 2400 block of Nantucket Drive. At Nantucket Drive, the driver said the suspect pulled a black handgun and put it to the back of his head.
The driver gave the robber a small amount of cash, and then the suspect fled south on Nantucket Drive.

A search by patrol officers and a canine unit did not locate the robber.
The suspect is described as a black man about 20 years old, who was wearing a black jacket, jeans and gloves.
