So those dance skills I thought I had...
Who would have thought working out could be so much fun?

Do you remember being in your 20’s and going out and dancing till 2 in the morning thinking your dance moves wiped the floor with everyone else’s? That just may have been the cocktails telling your this... Recently I tried a great workout that advertises taking the ”work” out of the workout and just making it about fun while you tone and burn calories... I didn’t really believe it, I thought it would be more lunges and squats. Wow, was I wrong! This workout not only made me break a sweat but I had a smile on my face the whole time not to mention I pretty much laughed at myself and my ”moves”! I even got my kids involved. The first time they did it with me, the second time they just sat back with their cousins and laughed at me. I’m looking for a few people to have a dance off with me? Want to learn more?
