Hello all! The Hair Dr. Is in!! In todays society, going natural for African Americans has come a long way. Not to long ago, it was embarrassing to wear what God gave us! Realize we are all uniquely created individuals and beautiful in his eyes. So why do we hide our true culture? Our identity?
It has been perceived to be taboo a few years ago. We felt uncomfortable at job interviews because of our overly kinky curly hair, in public or even with our mate! We felt pressured by other ethnicities to have long gorgeous straight hair. If we didnt fit in, we were an outcast. But today is a good day for us to flaunt, shine and feel comfortablel in our own skin concerning our hair. It is welcoming, enjoyable as well as absolutely beautiful! No need to cover up, or feel uncomfortable any more!
Top business women, television actresses as well as models are wearing our hair and looking FAB!
No need for Wigs or weaves that cause tension and breakage if done improperly. Although they are great options and very popular when you want versatility, but now they are an option! Be You, and be True!
Until the next time, God Bless!
