Zu Coffee, Gymboree Play & Music to Join Village at Waugh Chapel
A cafe and coffee shop and a child development space will open by fall at the Gambrills development.

From a news release:
Two tenants will celebrate openings this fall at The Village at Waugh Chapel, the mixed-use development in Gambrills. They are:
· Zu Coffee – A 1,650-square-foot café, serving drinks made from fresh, locally-roasted coffee beans, pastries, sandwiches and more. The new coffee shop, located next to 4 Seasons Grill, will be Zu’s second location.

· Gymboree Play & Music– A global leader in childhood development programs and classes offering an environment for kids to safely play, learn, explore and have fun. The new 2,853-square-foot play-space will be located next to Bike Doctor.
These new businesses join a list of national and regional retailers and restaurants at The Village at Waugh Chapel, including Safeway, Chipotle, LA Fitness, Marshalls, Homegoods and more, according to developer Greenburg Gibbons.

Located in West Anne Arundel County, The Village at Waugh Chapel incorporates 404,000 square feet of retail space, 400 senior apartments, a restaurant park, an office building and 3 acres of lakes, parks and promenades in an open-air mixed use development. The Village at Waugh Chapel is located next to the new Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, which is also managed by Greenberg Gibbons.
