Bay-Vanguard to Celebrate Opening of Vigilant Branch in Essex
An open house will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Bay-Vanguard's new Vigilant branch office on Eastern Boulevard.
Bay-Vanguard Federal Savings Bank, headquartered in Edgemere, will celebrate the recent acquisition of Essex's Vigilant Bank with an open house at the bank now known as Bay-Vanguard's Vigilant branch office.
Residents are invited to attend the celebration at the branch office, 532 Eastern Blvd., between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday.
Hugs the Clown will provide entertainment and food and refreshments will be served.
Special certificate of deposit interest rates will be available for deposits of new money only, according to a flier for the event. The special rates will be available only during the open house.
