Blog: 2 Empty Buildings In Dundalk Center May Soon Be Occupied
Unoccupied bank and grocery store buildings on Center Place, in Dundalk Shopping Center, may soon be leased out.
Jeremy Landsman of JBL Real Estate has informed me that PNC Bank has an agreement with JBL to lease the bank building at 17 Center Pl. in Dundalk Shopping Center.
I sure hope they sign a lease ASAP.
There are other business entities interested in the grocery store building at 16 Center Pl., but nothing is positive yet.
